Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician - Engagement (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to patient medication profiles
• Assist with patient care issues and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
• Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
