Key Responsibilities
- Resolve help desk tickets and interact professionally with end users
- Develop and maintain help desk processes and documentation
- Collaborate with project teams and generate help desk reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of help desk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting public-facing helpdesk
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance
