Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support the Department of Veteran Affairs in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve help desk tickets and interact professionally with end users
  • Develop and maintain help desk processes and documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams and generate help desk reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of help desk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting public-facing helpdesk
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance
