Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to facilitate customer onboarding and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful onboarding and implementation of Lattice solutions for new customers
• Document estimated timelines for launching licensed solutions in collaboration with Customer Account Managers
• Oversee subsequent launches of licensed products not rolled out during the initial contract period

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on product launches
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and services
• Experience in HR technology is preferred
• Ability to learn various products and articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
