Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a supportive team environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday-Sunday
- Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
