Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a supportive team environment
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday-Sunday
  • Must pass a mandatory paid training program and a criminal background check
