Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to established Practice guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in training new personnel
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools effectively
- Ability to document work in a professional manner
