Key Responsibilities
- Provide product information, registration support, and resolve customer inquiries related to service, parts, and delivery
- Utilize multiple systems to drive owner-focused solutions for customer issues via calls, emails, and chats
- Create and update owner records, provide feedback to improve training processes, and adhere to safety policies
Required Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions on escalated issues
- Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in navigating multiple applications
- Strong initiative and follow-through to resolve customer issues effectively
- Computer skills including MS Office Suite
