Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support for Figshare and Elements users
- Triage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with users throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Contribute to a shared knowledge base by maintaining documentation and assisting with onboarding efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing customer support in a SaaS or technical environment
- Familiarity with relational databases and structured data formats
- Comfortable using command-line tools and navigating Linux-based systems
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of the academic research ecosystem is a plus
