Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, negotiate, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identify solutions for billing issues and present resolution options to customers
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits and adjust customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in billing issue resolution and customer service
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to analyze and document billing issues effectively
- Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education
