Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Technician to assist customers with software-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and process customer calls, providing timely resolutions and optimizing the customer experience
- Document customer interactions and manage ongoing issues while educating customers on product features
- Support advanced technical issues, mentor fellow technicians, and contribute to training content and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Typically 4 or more years of related experience
- Typically a High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training
- Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks related to the supported software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
