A company is looking for a Junior Hubspot Workflow Assistant to provide administrative support and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HubSpot workflows, forms, and lists
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist in maintaining digital documentation
- Coordinate with teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in an operations role (preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing internal help tickets (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service Hub, or similar)
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation
- Technical proficiency in G-Suite & Excel
- Advanced or Near-Native English (both spoken and written)
