Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with external partners and verify healthcare services for payment facilitation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus (preferred)
