Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Manager to lead the Product Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Support Specialists to assist internal stakeholders with the loan origination system
- Set and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Product Support team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product-level issues and propose process improvements
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in technical product support, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with support software platforms such as Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Experience in the mortgage industry
- Ability to adapt processes in an iterative environment
- Strong work ethic and good judgment
