Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Consumer Experience Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in identifying and addressing patient friction points to enhance service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies for improving consumer experience and fostering innovation
- Oversee the creation of performance metrics and dashboards to monitor and enhance patient experience initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare member or patient experience
- Minimum of seven years of Consumer Insights experience
- Minimum of five years of strategic leadership or healthcare management experience
- At least two years of leadership experience in member or patient experience improvement
- Experience with consumer measures and applying ROI metrics to customer experience improvements
