Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scalable onboarding frameworks, including technical tutorials and best-practice guides
- Lead hands-on onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, guiding initial setup and project implementation
- Design and conduct interactive workshops and training sessions to enhance learning and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Proven software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using LangChain or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical content
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs is preferred
