A company is looking for a Technical Support Professional to provide expert technical support to customers and field engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the resolution of product-related problems and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Assist customers with support requests and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain configuration control records and develop performance metrics for field-installed equipment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering, Biotechnology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or data analysis in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in using SIMCA and MODDE software for MVDA and DOE
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and process control techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is beneficial
