Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist for the Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor contact center interactions to ensure high customer experience standards and compliance
  • Support leadership in implementing recommendations for customer experience and quality measures
  • Collaborate with operations management to assess training needs and provide coaching opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations or quality assurance within a healthcare or pharmacy hub setting
  • Previous call monitoring/documentation monitoring experience
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to extract potential action items from data reports
