Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contact center interactions to ensure high customer experience standards and compliance
- Support leadership in implementing recommendations for customer experience and quality measures
- Collaborate with operations management to assess training needs and provide coaching opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations or quality assurance within a healthcare or pharmacy hub setting
- Previous call monitoring/documentation monitoring experience
- Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to extract potential action items from data reports
