Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Specialist who will manage customer interactions to prevent service disconnections.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a customer advocate and handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting services
- Resolve customer inquiries fully, logging reasons for calls and resolutions taken
- Utilize retention offers and escalation procedures to retain customers while explaining and selling products and services
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Must have land-based home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 kbps
- Ability to work any shifts within the team operating hours, including rotating Saturdays
- Work environment must be distraction-free and comply with the company's work from home policy
- College hours or a degree may substitute for some experience as deemed appropriate
