Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Experience (VPCX).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a customer/patient experience strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the design and optimization of the customer/patient journey across all touchpoints
- Drive customer/patient satisfaction and retention by implementing effective strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in customer/patient experience or related roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in BrightTree utilization
- Proven track record of leading customer/patient experience initiatives in a large organization
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in cross-functional team management
