Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain accuracy of electronic client files, including imports and exports
- Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
- Document and update client processing procedures and assist with audits and reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interface professionally with clients and carriers
- Experience with project management tools for tracking open items
