A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking consumers
  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support for product, technical, and warranty issues
  • Accurately document call details and meet daily performance expectations in service quality and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service role
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Comfortable with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office
  • Able to focus in a remote work environment with minimal distractions
