A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant Patient Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous phone assistance to patients and healthcare staff
- Schedule and register patient appointments, updating necessary information and handling inquiries
- Facilitate first call resolution by addressing patient concerns and escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA, or equivalent certification)
- Basic Life Support certification
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
