A company is looking for a Customer Care Lead Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, monitoring, and mentoring to new and established staff
- Assist with difficult account-related follow-up and perform customer call center support as needed
- Complete various monthly reports and assist in the interviewing process for new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience as a lead, trainer, or supervisor in a medical/hospital/insurance-related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD codes, UB-92, EOB interpretation, and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide effective training, coaching, and mentoring
- Call center background is preferred
