Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations
• Analyze clients' business needs to create solutions and negotiate order pricing adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in the state of Missouri, specifically in Cape Girardeau or surrounding counties
• Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications required
• Six months of customer service experience and two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
