Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist with pre and post-visit support
- Document interactions in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance while collecting co-pays
- Coordinate with field and clinical teams to ensure effective patient care and communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
