Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator II, responsible for supporting patients and coordinating healthcare appointments remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist with pre and post-visit support
  • Document interactions in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance while collecting co-pays
  • Coordinate with field and clinical teams to ensure effective patient care and communication
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
  • Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
