Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician to provide operational support and co-management of customers' IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage customers' IT infrastructure and user environments
  • Manage service tickets, ensuring they are updated and resolved according to processes
  • Monitor system alerts and document changes within customer environments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in NOC/IT Help Desk response
  • Experience with IT operations environments and service management methodologies such as ITIL
  • Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID management and Microsoft OS patching
  • Experience with ticketing tools and troubleshooting from monitoring tools
