Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technician to provide operational support and co-management of customers' IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-manage customers' IT infrastructure and user environments
- Manage service tickets, ensuring they are updated and resolved according to processes
- Monitor system alerts and document changes within customer environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 1-4 years of experience in NOC/IT Help Desk response
- Experience with IT operations environments and service management methodologies such as ITIL
- Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID management and Microsoft OS patching
- Experience with ticketing tools and troubleshooting from monitoring tools
