Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer correspondence and maintain accurate customer records
  • Generate customer reports and handle customer tickets for low engagement clients
  • Provide administrative support to Project Coordinators and Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of customer service-related experience, preferably in telecom/IT
  • Strong customer service experience with a professional and courteous approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
