Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer correspondence and maintain accurate customer records
- Generate customer reports and handle customer tickets for low engagement clients
- Provide administrative support to Project Coordinators and Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of customer service-related experience, preferably in telecom/IT
- Strong customer service experience with a professional and courteous approach
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
