Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by selecting the right products and providing post-sales support via phone
- Provide technical product support while using multiple computer programs and applications simultaneously
- Capture and forward feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant job experience in HVAC systems, including fans, blowers, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration
- Proficiency in computer use and ability to navigate multiple applications at once
- Experience in maintaining and installing HVAC systems or ice machines is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers
- Willingness to achieve and maintain a high level of technical expertise on products
