A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries
- Review electronic chart documentation and process release of information (ROI) requests
- Scan, edit, and manage medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- 1+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) or Release of Information (ROI) experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, during specified hours
