Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling and registration
- Perform insurance verification, prior-authorization, and financial counseling
- Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards while managing higher complexity tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, and call center environments
- Ability to attend onsite training and meetings as needed
- Full-time availability for Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Demonstrated capability to meet higher productivity and quality standards
- Willingness to support operational goals and standards
