Key Responsibilities
- Leverage chatbot and phone technology to enhance self-service experiences and reduce member dissatisfaction
- Design and iterate on conversational user interfaces and content for digital services
- Train AI models to improve accuracy in understanding human interactions and optimize workflows
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, technology, or communications; secondary degree a plus
- 4 - 6 years of member/customer service experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in chatbot or customer interaction workflow design
- Proven knowledge of automated conversational workflow design and data interpretation
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet skills
