A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Service Advocate to provide guidance and administrative services for large National Account clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with service partners and vendors to support customers
- Manage inbound/outbound calls while ensuring excellent customer service
- Document all interactions and prepare customized benefits packages
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or professional environment preferred
- Ability to convey empathy in sensitive situations
- Knowledge of insurance coverage and medical terminology is a plus
