Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Service Advocate to provide guidance and administrative services for large National Account clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with service partners and vendors to support customers
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Document all interactions and prepare customized benefits packages
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or professional environment preferred
  • Ability to convey empathy in sensitive situations
  • Knowledge of insurance coverage and medical terminology is a plus
