A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and escalate issues between customers, users, and internal teams
- Perform scheduled operational tasks with strict accuracy and on-time completion
- Identify areas for improvement and help streamline the Customer Success function
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled customer success, account management, or sales
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities as the company scales
- Experience in FinTech is a plus
