Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Systems Support Professional (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain service tickets, ensuring ownership throughout the support incident
  • Install, configure, and diagnose client workstations and equipment, providing technical guidance to users
  • Document activities and technical information, and assist with account management and data backup as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MacOS, and iOS
  • Proficiency in common productivity applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
  • Fluency in both English and French
