A company is looking for a Bilingual Systems Support Professional (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain service tickets, ensuring ownership throughout the support incident
- Install, configure, and diagnose client workstations and equipment, providing technical guidance to users
- Document activities and technical information, and assist with account management and data backup as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MacOS, and iOS
- Proficiency in common productivity applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Fluency in both English and French
