Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Clients via phone and email
- Create video and wiki materials to aid in the support of all Clients
- Assist Client Services and Development Departments by implementing feedback and testing new features
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into functional support
- Demonstrated customer service focus and good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ambition to grow within the company
- Computer and software savvy with familiarity in multiple programs and tools
