Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trauma Specialty Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic screenings and provide referrals to trauma specialty treatment providers
• Utilize motivational interviewing and psychoeducation to support members in goal setting and care engagement
• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals while maintaining accurate documentation and records

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with PTSD and Complex Trauma
• Experience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD
• Tech-savvy with the ability to efficiently use various computer platforms
