Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve Customer Success programs
- Create short and long-term strategies for customer success programs, including project plans and release cycles
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer programs and lead integration efforts
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in GTM operations, customer success, or program management within the software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of project management tools and processes
- Basic knowledge of data formats and structures (JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of software development and backend product metrics
- Experience with customer engagement platforms is an advantage
