Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, ensuring timely launches with clear project plans and defined milestones
- Leverage product expertise to provide guidance on best practices for implementing and adopting solutions
- Create scalable assets and manage Customer Success projects to enhance onboarding and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading customer onboarding initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Project Management at a SaaS organization is preferred
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, including APIs and integrations
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
