Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Program Operations Supervisor (HUB Services/Patient Access).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of agent staff to meet performance and quality measures
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members
- Assist in hiring, training, and resolving work-related issues for staff
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years, or an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a reimbursement HUB, medical insurance, or healthcare setting
- Preferred: Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs
