Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator II to provide support to BioMed customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all BioMed customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and web
  • Perform operational support and administrative duties with minimal supervision, including report preparation and customer issue resolution
  • Accountable for daily productivity, attendance, quality assurance, and maintaining a professional work environment
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of related customer service experience
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
