Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist - Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects
- Receive inbound calls from members, physicians, and clients, processing requests per company policies
- Collect and validate patient demographic information, ensuring confidentiality according to HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting, preferably in telehealth support
- Experience in a medical setting preferred
- Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet
- Proficient computer skills and ability to accurately enter information while communicating with customers
