Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist - Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects
  • Receive inbound calls from members, physicians, and clients, processing requests per company policies
  • Collect and validate patient demographic information, ensuring confidentiality according to HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting, preferably in telehealth support
  • Experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to accurately enter information while communicating with customers
