Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Director to oversee enterprise-level client relationships and lead the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise client relationships, ensuring retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success
- Lead and grow the Customer Success team by hiring, training, and managing team members
- Drive revenue outcomes by meeting net revenue retention goals through proactive account management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing or professional services roles within software or healthcare technology, with at least 1+ year in a managerial role
- Experience implementing complex healthcare integrations, such as Epic
- Proven ability to build and scale customer success strategies using data-driven insights
- Track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to exceed retention goals
