A company is looking for an Expedition Specialist - Reservations Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from guests
- Provide product knowledge and exceptional guest service related to bookings
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with internal partners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a contact center or hospitality industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of geography
- Competence with basic computer applications and equipment
