A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex technical issues and creating knowledge base articles
- Perform product troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams for incident resolution
- Implement readiness programs and contribute to automation techniques for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical support
- Willingness to work weekends and be on call as necessary
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or Azure Identity is preferred
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts
