Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a technical support team or similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership and people management experience
  • Proven experience with AI-driven tools and automation in a technical support environment
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and strong operational management experience
