Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a technical support team or similar role
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership and people management experience
- Proven experience with AI-driven tools and automation in a technical support environment
- Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and strong operational management experience
