Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails regarding the platform
- Provide technical and planning support to advisors and assist with financial planning scenarios
- Log interactions comprehensively and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service/support role
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Preferred financial planning designations such as FPQP or CFP
- Knowledge/experience in investment, retirement, life insurance, or related financial planning
- Strong aptitude for technology and familiarity with financial concepts
