A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule consults and assist members and providers with various service offerings
- Support members with information about benefits and care coordination inquiries
- Collect and document member demographics and health history
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; some college and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) are desired
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and telehealth experience
- Fluency in English and flexibility to work weekends
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain an internet speed of 30MPS or higher
