Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and meeting coordination
- Utilize Concur for travel requests and expenses, ensuring appropriate coding for each project
- Oversee extensive calendar management for two executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and meeting setups
Required Qualifications
- Experience at The Walt Disney Company is a must
- 5 years of experience supporting an executive or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Confluence, and Concur
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Familiarity with travel coordination and time zone management
