A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR
- Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and support site protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
- Prior experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task across multiple programs
- Availability for 6 weeks of training without time off
