Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Arrival Team Leader (Remote) to coordinate daily assignments and ensure accurate patient account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team activities and prioritize tasks related to eligibility, benefits, and referrals
  • Coordinate and document referrals and authorizations, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts
  • Provide training and support to staff while managing workload and addressing registration issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • 3 years of experience in medical billing/coding
  • Previous pre-certification experience
  • Understanding of insurance terminology and experience with managed care plans
  • Some college or associate degree preferred
