- Support Calm for Business partners by building strong relationships and driving customer engagement
- Implement impactful engagement strategies based on customer wellness goals and trends
- Lead the implementation of Calm Health customers, ensuring technical configuration and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Past program management experience with strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across various teams and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with tools and technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement in customer processes
